Hotel rooms are clean and lilen also fresh. I feel good when I enter the room. With open window. Mr. Rohit from HK having kind nature with professional manner. Overall good experience with 2 days stay. Food was testi but still become better. Reception staff also good.

Poor hygiene........................... Noise of highway noticeable............... Staff is polite............................................ Room service is good........................... Over all average experience..

The glowing reviews here for this hotel are either for another property or mainly by clueless Desis who have low standards of hygiene, service and quality. This was my second Fern experience in the past 1 year, both in Gujarat, and they have both been pathetic. Fern is essentially an "Desi" chain with "Desi" standards and ethos. This particular hotel is representative of the dusty, filthy town of Bhuj, where everything is dirty and broken full of trash everywhere. The hotel is situated on a dusty highway with an uninviting lobby and entrance. They keep the lights switched off to save on electricity in typical "Desi" fashion. We were given Room 115 which was near the housekeeping cabin that was kept open and dirty. The room had no windows and was dark and dinghy with a broken chair. There was no separate wet area in the bathroom and the water spilled all over. Most of the plumbing fixtures were dirty and broken. Food was equally pathetic with typical "Indian" emphasis on paneer and Chinese. Breakfast was a zoo with mainly inedible items. The room rate for this experience was ridiculous at INR 7500! We were glad to get out of there next morning. Never again.

Good hotel in such a remote location. Well maintained, properly equipped and consists of helpful staffs. Bit noisy due to be on the highway.. nice food . Tantalizing swimming pool. ....... Punjabi and Gujarati thalis are really memorable. Cheers for Restaurant staffs..
